Our Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data 

• DigeTech does not share any personal or sensitive data of Australian residents with international partners and clients without applicant consent. 
• To be fully compliant with Australian Privacy Principles we conduct background verification through credible and legitimate sources basis data voluntarily disclosed by our clients/applicants
• Basis client agreement and confirmation we delete all personal and sensitive data of background verifications from our server after 180 days of project completion. 
• Appropriate technical and organizational measures have been implemented to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.  
• Data is stored and securely shared with clients using servers based in Australia
• Limited access to personal data to authorized personnel and service providers
